Is good credit required for the Tax Advance?
No. Good credit is not required for tax advance qualification. The refund advance is not credit-based and part of the qualification criteria is your recent tax history.
Am I required to come to the office to have my individual tax return prepared?
No. An office appointment is not needed to prepare your tax refund. We know coming into the office is difficult at times so we have experienced Online Tax Specialists to take care of your tax needs. What should I bring with me to the office?
Please bring any financial documents you may have for your taxes to the office. Financial documents include things such as w2, 1099, 1098, Bank Records (income/interest statements), and any other earning statements you may have. Also bring your government-issued ID and SS card for you and your dependents.
What if I don’t have some of my paperwork?
If you don’t have all of your paperwork still come to your appointment. Some things we are able to look up for you in the office. If we can’t look it up we can still begin your tax return.
How much does it cost?
Fees start at $79.99 and vary depending on the forms needed to complete your tax return.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Although we love appointments they are not needed to come into the office to begin your individual tax return. Walk-ins are always welcome.
